Q. How does a company open an account?

A. We thought you would never ask... It's easy as one, two, three. Go to the credit application section of the web-site and fill out the application form on-line. Q. What if my company does not have an open account with Pak Mail?

A. Pak Mail makes it easy to do business via the Internet. We accept credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, certified checks, money orders, and of course cash, for those companies or individuals, which do not have an open credit account.

Q. Are your product & Services all over North America?

A. Not quite. But everyday Pak Mail continues to build upon its already large global presence. There is no harm in asking about a specific location. And if you already have, ask again. As we grow so does our network. If we can't service your needs today, tomorrow may be a different story. "Rome wasn't built in a day," as they say, so even if we can't handle your location today, please check in at a later date.

Q. Are there any limit to type of items which can be shipped?

A. With the exception of "hazardous materials" (and if you are not sure if it is a hazardous material, it probably is) there are virtually no limits to the items we handle. Pak Mail has handled everything you can imagine, from "Oscars" to heavy machinery. Pak Mail has done it all. Though fragile equipment, computers of all shapes and sizes, electronics and other high value items are the norm, please don't hesitate to inquire about other types of items. The worst we can say is, "No way", but we can't recall the last time we had to do so. By the way, we ship non-fragile packaged shipments also. That's easy!

Q. Do you have any minimum order, size or requirement?

A. Absolutely not! But chances are that after you tally up all of our charges for pick up, (if applicable) packaging, shipping, etc. it is unlikely that any order would be under $100. There are some exceptions to this rule regarding "proto-types" and "samples" as well as when we handle a very small shipping task in conjunction with another one.

Q. What if my company has an account with other carrier companies?

A. Of course, this is not a problem. We always promote the full service concept, but in those instances where you would like us to use your account # for shipping, it is not a problem. In those instances where it is critical that Pak Mail have full control over a particular shipment, we will let you know.

Q. My office is relocating, can you help us make the move?

A. Yes. We will package, crate and ship everything--from your computers to your desks and conference tables.

Q. I work out of my home. How can Pak Mail be my office?

A. By offering everything you need! We have fax machines, copy machines, mailing, crating, packing, and shipping services, as well as fullfillment.

A. No. At Pak Mail Morada Ranch, you've got choices. Our preferred network of carriers includes UPS, USPS, FedEx, ABF, DHL, and Roadway. We'll be happy to provide comparative rates to guarantee the best price and delivery method.

Q. Does Pak Mail carry packaging and moving supplies?

A. Yes. We offer a full line of shipping containers, including boxes, mailers, and envelopes, as well as markers, tape, tags, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap.

Q. Do you offer declared value coverage?

A. Yes, and if we package and ship your items, they are covered for both loss and damage. Many carriers will deny your claim if your shipment was improperly packaged.

Q. I'm afraid to ship my good china. How can I be sure it's packaged right?

A. Give it to Pak Mail. We are professionally trained to safely package anything and our declared value coverage will see to it that it's guaranteed. Dishes take time and knowledge. We use a product called Dish Pak and we always double box.

Q. I bought a 12-foot sculpture at an auction, can you get it to my home in Sweden?
